George Clark
George Clark heads up the strategic positioning and brand management responsibilities at Athorn, Clark & Partners. Clark makes sure the client’s business objectives are clearly defined and that our work is always synchronized with those objectives. Other aspects of his involvement include spearheading the “discovery” process and driving the creation of a market-resonant positioning based on market insights and knowledge. Clark has over 23 years experience in marketing, advertising and corporate identity management.
Before launching Athorn, Clark & Partners, he was most recently co-manager of Anderson & Lembke/New York where he worked on accounts that included Dow Plastics, FORE Systems, SCT and TSI. Prior to A&L, Clark was director of client services at Angotti, Thomas, Hedge, supervising Dow Jones, Rhone-Poulenc Rorer and Lehman Brothers acount. He has also held positions at Scali, McCabe, Sloves, Grey Advertising and Siegel & Gale, where he delivered corporate positions and identity systems for brands including CitiCorp/CitiBank, Xerox, CHUBB and Accordia Health.
